Senior Art Director, 2018 – 2024
Clients: Catholic Charities of Maryland, GBMC, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Global Refuge, Squire Associates, and CreditXpert.
Daily roles encompassed UX/UI design from user journeys to design QA, and client presentations. Designed various UX/UI for B2B websites, brand logos, and systems with supporting collateral. Responsible for campaign concepts while guiding designers on supporting materials. Collaborated with the creative director, copywriter, account team, and junior designers to deliver high-end in the budget and timeline.

Clients: Nutshell, American Psychological Association, The Maple Guild, Ryan Homes, Associated General Contractors of America
Designed a range of websites, campaigns, packages, and print materials. Responsible for art directing junior designers through creative support, training, proofing, and delegation. Presented brands and design directions to clients.
As a member of the UX department, I worked closely with UX designers, and front and back-end developers on websites, micro-sites, and e-commerce journies.

Developed brand identity systems, UX/UI, and campaign assets including social, apparel, outdoor, and print. Worked with the account team and creative staff to create high-end visual solutions within the budget and timeline. Oversaw all design projects for assigned accounts to ensure the agency’s standard was delivered and met brand requirements. Responsible for leading junior to midlevel designers in creative concepts, layouts, and production.
