Streamlining the path to a higher potential credit score.

Understanding credit and what drives a score ensures borrowers are “credit-ready” when they find their new home. CreditXpert’s AI-driven analytics guide provides leaders with the precise steps that their borrowers can take for the highest possible score potential. However, their existing software platform interface was very dated, difficult to navigate, and divided into three separate services. At Vitamin, I designed a website to quickly communicate the ease of the tool’s process and implementation, as well as its impact on qualifying applicants and closing deals. Custom platform simulations were illustrated to both elevate their existing look and quickly communicate the function of each feature. An approachable yet minimal style with user profile images was created to emulate an individual subscriber’s journey. CreditXpert redesigned the platform based on the site’s simulated platform illustrations. The website was also designed to clarify the subscription process, which, at the time, required one for each tool that could only be purchased through a CRA. As their product morphed into a singular platform, subscription tiers, additional tours, and purchase journeys were added.
